More transparency. You need to dumb it down for people like me. As I said, I know you guys do it all the time but I don't. I remember getting a sheet of paper of do's and don'ts and the last thing said to not spend any money when it should've said "please do not make any big purchases before closing. Ex- new car, fridge, washer & dryer etc". I had to ask why am I not allowed to spend any money? I have bills to pay. Staff needs to work better with each other. I can't tell you how many times I got the same email from multiple parties asking for the same thing or telling me the same thing on what to do. I would get a phone call from one and then an email from another requesting the same thing. Also, I remember getting multiple calls, emails, and texts from someone. I was in a meeting so can't be on my phone and when I called them back, they said they needed something urgently. I told them I would get it in a few mins and they just reiterated that they needed it ASAP. I can't be at work? Be in a meeting? They made it seem like I have to stop everything that I'm doing to fill their needs. I did not like that. So more friendliness and be more understanding as well. In the beginning I felt like I was brushed to the side. I had to be the one to send listings and ask questions on them and sometimes they didn't know and they said they'll get back to me and most of the time they didn't. I got my house but I got lucky in my opinion. I think I would recommend this lender but personally, I wouldn't recommend anything else honestly. Also, I received a gift card from Dunkin which I love but it was only for $5. I thought it was a joke at first. It was good to know that I'm getting a $200k mortgage from them and their thanks was a $5 gift card. Might as well not even send it in my opinion lol
